I'm excited to introduce my new ebook, Raw Food Carob Desserts, along with my friend and author, Philip McCluskey.
We eagerly started working on this project almost a year ago when we wanted an alternative to a high chocolate consumption (I love chocolate!). Almost 10 years ago when I was first introduced to raw food, carob was used in place of "chocolate" - but as cacao started making an appearance, carob took a back seat. Recognizing the power of this incredible food, we decided to compile a book of 43 delicious, healthy recipes. Working on this project has been a blast, and has given me a newfound appreciation for carob. Now we're excited to share it with you!
Here's just a bit of what you can expect in the ebook... and more!!
Mint Chip Ice Cream
Carob Pecan Truffles
Double Choco Strawberry Cake
Carob Sauce
Strawberry Carob Fig Crunch Parfait
Carob Cheesecake
Cinnamon Buns with Carob
Carob Cardamom Ice Cream
Vanilla Berry Carob Tart
Carob Mint Shake
Carob Oatmeal Energy Bar
Creamy Carob Pudding
Carob Chip Blondies
Super Carob Milkshake

So excited to have shared this tasty journey with you Heather. I love our book!
Looks pretty delicious guys!
wow! the pictures are beautiful....amazing creations x
Looks wonderful! I love your recipes, and I'd buy a copy of this right now, but $27 is just too pricey to fit in my budget. Maybe someday, or if you ever have it on sale!
Great idea to have done this! And what gorgeous, appetite-whetting photos. I love carob, and share your gladness to have a 'chocolate alternative' (although I believe that presenting it as such does it a disservice to many people: it's its own special thing). Unfortunately, my family members whom I make food for don't like carob, but maybe a few treats just for me...
Awesome! We are trying to add more carob into our diet :) Love it!
Amazing recipes and project Heather! This will help to banish the hippie stereotype that follows us carob-lovers :)
Looks fabulous! I've been planning to buy carob as soon as I've finished my stash of cacao... might have to jump the gun a little bit ;)
These carob desserts look absolutely delicious!! I adore your other ebooks... so I know I will love this one as well! :)
You have amazing talent!!!
Oh carob how I love thee. I just wish I had enough money to get this book.

What a great idea! I love carob ... (tho I don't "LOVE" love it like I do cacao!)
I have it already:)) Fantastic! Can't wait trying the treats:)
Thank you two for your passion and work!
Thank you all! It was such a fun project. Eat your carob! :)
I am so excited to have found your blog and site. I've already sent it two of my friends who love to bake. Can't wait to try making a few things.
Are the carob recipes gluten free as well? I have a severe allergy to chocolate, and now have gluten issues...
There are a few recipes containing raw oats but besides that, 95% of the recipe are gluten free.
