As you saw in my last post, it's been a raw chocolate factory around here lately after my long hiatus. It's so fun to be at it again, creating choccie goodness. I've been pumping out various truffles, clusters, bark, and brittle. Here's a taste if what I've been up to...
Chocolate bark with macadamia nuts, dried cherries, figgies, and almonds.
This is so easy to make, it's just basic dark chocolate from my Just Desserts ebook with the fruits and nuts folded in, spread in a pan and broken apart.
Black and white truffles: Dark chocolate and white chocolate superfood truffles.
A peek inside...
Freshly dipped chocolate truffles
Assorted choccie truffles: peppermint, almond, pomegranate goji berry, coconut, orange, and dark chocolate superfood.

Oh my heavens.... a chocoholic's (like me) dream! :)
Merry (belated) Christmas, dear Heather! xoxo
I think I am in heaven here girl!!! I wish my truffles and barks looked as professional as yours! You are amazing at this :)
Have a wonderful day!!

Gorgeous! I am drooling! I hope you had a wonderful Christmas! Lots of love and hugs! Xoxo
Glad you are enjoying the holidays.
As per Denyse, I need to stay away from nuts and cocoa (and other stuff) for a while.
I was in terrible, terrible pain all last night and this morning with constipation.
I hope something happens soon...its so painful that I could cry.
Funny enough, Denyse has all the recommendations for lots of yogurt, eggs, meats at every meal, etc...which normally people say will actually constipate you...I just hope it works.
I feel almost like I need a detox from animal products first, but she didn't say anything about that.
Something has got to give. I'm losing hope and awfully uncomfortable. I'm still eating a lot of fruit. Maybe 3 servings of that a day.
I wish somebody would send me raw chocolates like them for Christmas! I got lots of cheap deodrant sprays and a nestle selection box.
They look amazing!
i cant even believe how "mouth-gasmic" those look!
hi Heather,
i just tried your Double Chocolate Energy Bar from your recipe book. i didn't have all ingredients, so i replaced some with what i had. it turned out amazingly delicious. thank you for your beautiful creation.

What a beautiful spread! I've had a little chocolate factory up here too: cold as it is here and with no running water, it's quite a challenge but I'm just posting some creations on my blog. They don't look as professional as yours but they were well enjoyed.
The whole time I was making them, I had no appetite for them at all, which made me a little sad, since even my ND had said to eat some of my 'not-supposed-to' foods over the holidays. But today I'm finally enjoying them a bit: maybe because I'm not so manic in the kitchen!
Do you find that too--that you lose your appetite when you're prepping up a storm?
Happy peaceful love-filled holidays to you!
love
Ela
Soooo gorgeous. It's so fun to see you back in the cacao again. Your photos are amazing!
These look so delicious!
Wishing you a Happy New Year full of chocolate and all good things
These look just spectacular! I really hope that one day your raw sweets become something we all can buy all over the world!!!
it's a raw foodies/chocoholic dream come true! so pretty!
I'm at a loss for words...AMAZING work Heather :)
I'm going to be cheeky but sincere 0:-) ...please send me a free sample of your handmade raw chocolates! Just read about them on blog.missecoglam.com and they look DIVINE!
Hi there. Beautiful it all is! I wondered which book the mulberry goji crunch recipe is in? Also the truffles and stuff? Thank you!
Sorry, These recipes aren't in any of my books.
