Raw Ice Cream Cake Craze - Entries So Far and Moonie Video

Whoa Momma! Do I have a post for you today! Get ready for the most amazing raw dessert porn!

The Ultimate Raw Ice Cream Cake Challenge has been in full swing for a while now, but things have really picked up speed in the last few days. I have 18 entries, and there is still time to ENTER! You've got until midnight on Saturday May 15th to submit your creation.

I was blown away with the moonie pie entries, and I continue to be amazed by the "over-the-top" creativity in this cake challenge. It's gonna be a tough decision, but I have my point system all ready to go for judging. I've decided that in addition to the winner, I will award a second and third prize too. They'll each receive a copy of the book for my next raw dessert challenge (yup! I'm working on the next one already).

I received Lisa's winning moonie pie last week, along with her chocolate chai and mint pies! Check out this video where I taste them all. They were amazing!
