I think I need to purchase ALL of your ebooks when I feel like eating again! LOL! You are so talented! You need to open a raw dessert place in the city, that way I can come visit and eat everything! :) XO

Hi Heathy,

What a great idea. I miss ice cream cakes - and summer is on its way.

The links for your shopping cart aren't working :(

This is the error I'm getting:
"The webpage at might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address."

Hopefully I will be able to buy & download the e-book soon.

Link to shopping cart is now fixed, so I've ordered the e-books.
Amazing stuff here!

I'm new to frozen desserts and have a question: what is the ice cube tray method? I figure I pour it into ice cube trays and put it back in the freezer.
But, for how long? What do I do with it then?
I don't have an ice cream maker.

Thanks for the help!

Hi Beth,

If you only want to make ice cream, and don't have an ice cream maker, you can use the ice cube tray. Just freeze until firm and then scoop it out.

If you are making an ice cream cake, you only have to blend the mixture and pour it into your cake pan, then freeze it.

Hope that helps!

Thanks so much for the explanation.
That helps a lot.

Will be making my first ice cream cake this week.
